The Pennsylvania property of Taylor Swift “out on sale” has reportedly found a potential buyer. The property has gone into contract.

One of Taylor Swift’s childhood homes has again made it to sale. Recently the Pennsylvania property Swift’s has gone up for sale again. According to reports, the property has already found a new potential buyer.

According to reports, The house was built in 1929. In addition, the property spans 3,500 square feet, also located on a three-quarter acre lot.

Taylor spends her early years growing up on a Christmas tree farm. After her career started blooming the Swift family began renting the three-story, five-bedroom home. The house is located in Reading, Pennsylvania. In addition,  the house has been a great part of her during the singer’s childhood.

The family lived there for three years until 2004. After that, the family decided to move to Nashville, to pursue the singer’s then-burgeoning music career.

In February according to reports, the property was put up for sale for $1.1million. Although, on April 8 the property went under the agreement. With a drastic $100,000 reduction in price.

Taylor Swift The Viral House

A former owner of the house went viral on TikTok in 2020 for sharing a video. In the video, she explained her connection to Swift. In addition, in an interview with the interior decorating magazine House Beautiful, the woman, Sydney Redner, revealed about the house. She disclosed that the cement outside the house had an imprint that says TAS – Taylor Alison Swift’s initials.

Redner said to the magazine, “After that, we started to get Fans.”

Guess the fans would flock to get some good pictures. She added, “They wanted to take pictures outside the house,”. Also stated, “I feel like this gets more around the holidays. Like, when people are traveling from other states and want to see the house.”

She further added, “Fans increase in case of Taylor Swift having a concert in Philadelphia or somewhere close. Our family is fine with fans taking pictures of the house. We don’t have a problem as long as they are quick and respectful.”

Taylor Swift All Praise For Phoebe Bridgers’

The Grammy Award-winner recently praised Phoebe Bridgers‘ songwriting in a profile of Bridgers by the Los Angeles Times. The pair had worked together on the song ‘Nothing New’. It was one of the bonus tracks that featured on last year’s ‘Red (Taylor’s Version)’.

According to reports, it was Swift’s love for Bridgers’ voice and composing ability that made a mark on her. Later, even leading her to invite the singer onto “Nothing New,”.

Swift told the Times in an interview, “I think that the particular thing of Phoebe’s lyrics is the fact that she expresses vulnerability in her voice. When she delivers the lyrics, you can feel it. This is what makes her music so deeply impactful and moving for me as a fan.”

In addition, she wrote in the email, “You feel like she’s reliving a precise memory or delivering a secret message to someone. Through the songs, you get the privilege to read it or hear about it.”

According to reports, this isn’t the first time Swift has praised Bridgers. In 2021, during a visit to Late Night With Seth Meyers, she called the Punisher singer one of her “favorite artists in the world.”
