One of Taylor Swift’s childhood homes has again made it to sale. Recently the Pennsylvania property Swift’s has gone up for sale again. According to reports, the property has already found a new potential buyer.
According to reports, The house was built in 1929. In addition, the property spans 3,500 square feet, also located on a three-quarter acre lot.
Taylor spends her early years growing up on a Christmas tree farm. After her career started blooming the Swift family began renting the three-story, five-bedroom home. The house is located in Reading, Pennsylvania. In addition, the house has been a great part of her during the singer’s childhood.
The family lived there for three years until 2004. After that, the family decided to move to Nashville, to pursue the singer’s then-burgeoning music career.
In February according to reports, the property was put up for sale for $1.1million. Although, on April 8 the property went under the agreement. With a drastic $100,000 reduction in price.

A former owner of the house went viral on TikTok in 2020 for sharing a video. In the video, she explained her connection to Swift. She disclosed that the cement outside the house had an imprint that says TAS – Taylor Alison Swift’s initials.
