When asked about Season 2 by Glass, he said-
“Okay, it’s up to you to finish it. Ask your friends and family to watch it for us. We already know where Season 2 and Season 3 are going. Here’s a big article to discuss. And we hope to have that opportunity to tell that story.”

Similar to the release of Into The Cold, the show’s creator spoke to Adam Glass Looper about the series and its potential to expand to Season 2.
“Well, [the fans] like to do that,” the authors explained. “Ask your friends and family to see it so we can get there.
Adam Glass also asked for positive feedback, suggesting that Cold would have a better future if the show was well received.
“Now we know where Season 2 and Season 3 will go,” Glass said. “This is a big story to tell here and we hope we get a chance to tell it.
“In from the cold” Summary
Prolog Montage introduces conflicts in which three people receive electric shocks at three different locations in Madrid, suddenly becoming violent, attacking and killing those around them.
The first attack took place on the roof of the Hotel Centro Colon, where Mario Santa Cruz, a businessman, and CEO of a successful business firm, pushed his employee on the roof. In the second attack, a racist student named Christian Ariza X attacked a black man on a bus. A woman, Barbara Perez Soler, was killed in the third attack when she stabbed the mother of a newborn baby in the Central Area.
Soon, the story came to life for its character, Jenny Franklin (Margarita Levieva), a single mother who flew from New Jersey to Madrid with her teenage daughter Becca. Becca won the US Figure Ice-Skating Tournament in Madrid and Jenny became her legal guardian. While Becca is in a hotel room, Jenny leaves the hotel and is kidnapped by CIA agent Chouncy Lev.
Chauncy confronts Jenny and forces her to reveal the true nature of “The Whisper” to former Russian spy Anya Petrova. Jenny is accused of suddenly disappearing into the 90s targeting various foundations in America. After the end of the Cold War, Russia’s economy collapsed and its intelligence plummeted, making it difficult for Americans to watch Whisper.
However, through a black market worker, Chauncy finds out about Whisper’s new life in Cherry Hills, which he eventually discovers.
Chauncey wants Jenny to carry out a CIA spy operation to find out about forwarding’s terrorist attacks. He lied to Jenny about her work in the CIA and threatened to spy on her because she was arrested and her daughter would face consequences. Jenny succumbs to Chounsey’s lies and agrees to follow Chounsey’s orders to protect her daughter and her future.
