Announcement of Season 5
The Season 5 of Yellowstone has been announced by the makers and the officials of Paramount+ much before the ending of Yellowstone Season 4. Glasser, CEO of 101 Studios had told Variety that Taylor Sheridan is working on the script of Season 5 of the show. He had said:
“Deep into Season 5 of Yellowstone now. He’s got some incredible ideas that he shared that I think audiences are going to be really excited about.”
Why do creators want the Yellowstone Season 5 as soon as possible?
The creators of the series want season 5 of the show as soon as possible not only because of its popularity in the USA but also due to the demand of the fans, The show has also been nominated in various categories in Screen Actors Guild Awards 2022 alongside the shows like The Handmaid’s Tale, Squid Game, and Succession.
The second reason is the show has created its own universe by adding one Sequel series called ‘6666’ and one spin-off series titled ‘1883’ which is currently airing on Paramount+, so the creators want to expand the universe more.
What does the producer David Glasser say on Season 5’s release date?
Season 5 all set to release this year only and as per the reports, the shooting of season 5 will begin in May 2022. In the interview with Variety Davi Glasser said:
“It’s the prime of the show, I think the show is still maturing, and there’s still a lot of stories to tell. I know with Taylor, he’s got a lot to say and a lot to write.”
So it’s certain that we will get the Season 5 of Yellowstone by the end of this year, most probably in November or December of 2022.
