One such celebrity is Moden Family famed, Ariel Winter.

Ariel who has started her acting career at an early age and was active since 2002 has recently opened up about the body-shaming that she has faced in her life and especially on social media.

Ariel who is now 23 and soon going to be turned 24 in January said that how she felt and what people talked about her. People trolled her body and called her fat and they even called her whore sometimes.

Ariel said that these comments were rough ” That was rough”. She talked about the reality of Instagram trolling where anonymous people commented that she just tries to be sexy, she is showing fat, she is horrible, and a whore too. She said that “got called a fat slut when I was 13. That was rough.”

She opened about how she has gained weight after going on anti-depressants in high school. When people trolled her then she even thought of changing herself but it all went wrong, nothing worked out and it went even worse. She said that “Every time I changed something, something else was wrong.”

With a remark, she also said that she is going to do whatever she likes because it is her life and her choice. Further, she added that “They’re not for you. These are for me. I can put what I want about myself online” And indeed she can.

Body shaming has been always a dark story for people and also to those who are public figures. From celebrities like Adelle to Rihanna, everyone was so open about these things and the bold comments of these celebrities have indeed helped all people who are getting trolled for their bodies. Ariel also became one of them and gave a slap to the troller who called her fat and wanted to show her body part.
