Rather of firing Lexi and replacing her with the new stew, Katie stripped her crew of their positions, putting them all on an equal footing. After the problems she’s caused during the current charter, many were surprised to see the sixth season’s most controversial crew member maintain her job.

After repeatedly provoking conflicts with her supervisors and other stews, many in the audience were hopeful this would be the week she was finally fired. It was also a letdown as Captain Sandy Yawn’s previous social media post hinted that Lexi wouldn’t be staying on the charter for long. Other fans have been calling on Captain Sandy and Katie to be tougher on their crew in the future on Twitter.
For the time being, Lexi, Courtney, and Delaney will have to work through their disagreements and low tips in order to keep everything running smoothly.
