“Hugh Jackman” Revealed What Made Him to Play “Wolverine” Again?

Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds starrer “Deadpool and Wolverine” is all set to be released next month and star have started promoting the film all around the world. In a recent interview, Jackman was asked about playing Wolverine again, and you’ll be shocked to know what he said in answer!

“Deadpool and Wolverine” is one of the most anticipated movies of this year, and it is less than two months away from the release.

The movie had quite a hype from the moment it was announced, and after a wait of almost seven years, we will finally see the union of Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, returning to their legendary X-Men role.

In 2017, after the release of the movie Logan, Hugh Jackman officially announced his retirement as Wolverine, and he also said that he will never be seen again in the role. But to everyone’s surprise, the retirement ended within a year as he came back in Deadpool 2 in 2018.

Jackman’s return was a bittersweet feeling for the fans as many believed that Wolverine’s death in Logan was a perfect ending, even last year when Deadpool 3 trailer was dropped, fans weren’t happy with the inclusion of Jackman.

Now that Deadpool and Wolverine is around the corner, Marvel Studio Prez Kevin Feige gave an interview regarding the inclusion of Jackman aka Wolverine in the movie.

Kevin said that he never wanted Jackman to be the part of the film in the first place. He even advised him to not come back, as he believed that Wolverine got the greatest ending ever in the history of any character.

However, Kevin admitted that what actually changed his own mind was the fact that the role of Wolverine in this movie will be different from the roles he does in the X-Men franchise.

Meanwhile, Jackman in an interview said that what got him to change his mind was the fact that Marvel can use science, timeline to not screw with the character of Wolverine that died in Logan.

Jackman also added that Deadpool and Wolverine would be really different this time, and both the characters will be seen in a different avatar, something that fans haven’t seen before. Nevertheless, fasten your seatbelts as the movie will hit the theaters on July 26.
