Kevin Feige Says Shang-Chi Experiment Comments Were A Misunderstanding

Shang-Chi Updates: Feige had mistakenly commented that Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings was just an experiment. now he clarifies that it was just a misunderstanding. Shang-Chi is all set to appear at the theatres on the 3rd of September and the last-minute marketing processes are going on as the tickets are already on sale.
The CEO of Disney Bob Chapek called this movie’s release to be an experiment due to the current covid situation. it will show the number of the audience turning up after the movie release. But here the word “experiment” created a controversy as Chapek’s words were misinterpreted.
Star Simu Liu is the creator of this controversy as he posted on social media saying there is nothing experimental in the film. This got worsened with the early projections for Shang-Chi making it the lowest MCU debut.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings had its world premiere in Los Angeles on 16th August where the members associated with the film got to speak to the press as they walked on the red carpet.
It is there where Feige cleared all the controversies about the film and said clearly mentioned that it is not an experimental film at all and about Liu‘s tweet he said that it was a total misunderstanding.
The film was previously set to release in the month of February this year which was later delayed to July at first and then to September. It was not released during summer due to releasing of numerous sequels at that time and   Shang-Chi is also a new story with a new character and the concept of 45 days theatrical exclusive also seems to be very new to the audience.
