New Dying Light 2 Story and World Details Emerge from Techland

Dying Light 2 Updates: People want to know desperately, when would the second season of the famous Dying Light would come. Although we don’t have any solid information regarding the second iteration, we do have some leaks here. Developers from Techland have started to talk about the game recently.

The studio just released another “Ask Me Anything” video which provides more info about what fans can expect from the game. In the recent video, we can see developers from Techland answering questions that were put up by fans in the community.

Most of the questions that were answered were regarding the world, characters and about the upcoming sequel of the film. Techland verified that Dying Light 2 will take place a few years after the events of the original game, which released in the year 2014.

And as there has been a jump in time, some of the characters which were a part of the first edition would simply not be present in the sequel.

Not only this, but Techland also talked about the factions that are vouching for control this time in the zombified universe. Three different factions would be present this time.

These will be the Peacekeepers, Survivors and the Renegades. Talking about each of these, survivors are simply a group of normal folks who are just trying to survive.

On the other hand, Peacekeepers are more determined to remove zombies from the world. They are a military group. Renegades are the real antagonists. They are extremely vicious.

Though there’s no date, nor any official confirmation regarding when would the second season release, Techland has said that it is aiming to launch it at some point in 2021 itself.

Well, that’s a great news for fans, knowing the fact that most of the 2021’s releases are being pushed to 2022. When it comes though, there would be a high demand for this title for sure.

So do keep an eye on this one. The game would be available to consoles like the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and also on PC platforms.
