Takemichi was commendable in Episode 3 of Tokyo Revengers. He displayed bravery and stupidity at the same time. Given that he was punched on his face and stomach multiple times, he handled it with great endurance. Anime logic is always questionable but in the latest episode, we can see him presenting his sheer dedication in his beliefs.

Takemichi had a history with fights, he used to run away from them. 12 years ago, he ran away from a fight. Today he is changing it by fighting it this time.

Takemichi’s challenge against Kiyomasa wasn’t his smartest decision but everything comes with a cost. This time it was Hinata’s life over Takemichi’s life. This was his only chance to track down the leader of the Tokyo Manji Gang (Toman).

The vice commander of Toman, Draken interferes in between the fight, and the vicinity freezes. He finishes off the last dorayaki Sano Manjiro also known as Mickey.

Takemichi worries whether Mickey knows about his ability to time travel but they end up being friends. Mickey used to extract Takemichi from school which seemed suspicious to Hina.

She found their vibe very dangerous. Hina interferes and seizes the opportunity for Takemichi to be friends. Nevertheless, their friendship continues because Mickey sees his dead older brother in Takemichi. Mickey expresses his wish to return in time when there were biker gangs. He wanted to create an era of delinquents.
