Chris Hemsworth: Thor: Love and Thunder is an upcoming American superhero film, produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, based on the Marvel Comics character Thor.
It is intended as a direct sequel to Thor: Ragnarok and to the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s 29th film.

Christian Bale, a popular Batman in the superhero trilogy of Christopher Nolan, is going to test the role of Gorr, the god butcher, as the great bad Gorr. With Jennifer Kaytin Robinson, Waititi has written the script.
It looks like Fat Thor is not coming back right now, and Waititi is going to be able to go back to the outstanding character work he did in the third Thor movie.
It also seems likely that in Phase 4 of the MCU, as the franchise continues to launch a new generation of characters, Thor: Love and Thunder will have the baton handed down to another character in something that seems to become a recurrent theme.
Thor: The release of Love and Thunder is set for 11 February 2022.
