Dash and Lily Season 2: The rom-com Dash and Lily have charmed fans to great extent this holiday season. The typical New York story has made all the romantic comedy lovers fall in love with it to a great extent.
It is a heart-warming story of two teenagers falling in love through a secret but shared diary. Though the series performed really well, the clear-cut endings of every episode disappoint fans to a great extent making them suspicious that the lovely series will not have a further season to it.
To all those disappointed fans, we have a `kind of` good news. Since the first season of the romantic comedy, the show was based on David Levithan and Rachel Cohn’s book, `Dash and Lily’s Book of Dares`, but the book went on to have more sequels. Namely, a second book titled ‘Twelve Days of Dash and Lily ‘ and a third book titled ‘Mind The Gap, Dash and Lily ‘ that was released just a few weeks ago. So at least when it comes to stories, Netflix is not going to have deficiencies and Season 2 is surely a possibility.
But the real question is, is Dash and Lily really on the cards?

To be honest, we could not get hold of confirmation regarding a second season. But also as per sources, the creator of the show, Joe Tracz, said that he would definitely love to carry on the Dash and Lily story and he also said that he also mentioned that he loved the characters.
He wished that the show connected with the people and with that being said, he would definitely put a lot of thought as the second book has also come out. He also revealed that the third book was written on the set. So a second season is definitely a possibility but it largely depends on Netflix.
Season 2: Release Date
We can expect to see the show earliest by November 2021 but that is completely on Netflix if the script and everything is ready. However, the larger possibility would be November 2022.
