The Vampire Diaries Season 9 Update: The infamous supernatural drama series, The Vampire Diaries is unlikely to return with the ninth season. The Vampire Diaries had a run of 8 seasons in between 2009 and 2017. The series stars Ian Homelander, Nina Debrev and Paul Wesley.
The fans are eager to know that if their beloved drama is coming back or not. For now, the answer is “no”, the series is not Likely to continue. The CWS is yet to officially renew the series and from what we see, there is no clue about renewing in near future.
The storyline of the Series:
The Vampire Diaries features a fictional town of Virginia known as Mystic Falls. We follow an orphan teenage high school girl, Elena Gilbert, who entangles herself with two vampires, Stefan and Damon Salvatore. The trio gets into a love triangle but the Vampire brothers are always protective towards Elena.
We see a story involving supernatural and mythical creatures while Stefan and Damon are trying to protect Elena from the dangerous creatures out there.
Predicted Plot for The Vampire Diaries Season 9:
If we ever get the ninth season of The Vampire Diaries then it is possible that it will consist 22 episodes like most of the instalments of the franchise. The story will most probably continue on where the eight season concluded. The Salvatore brothers are again in a conflict while Katherine is nothing but a havoc. We can just wait for any official update. (not likely)
