The supernatural horror American drama ‘The Haunting of the Hills’ is one of the scariest horror dramas on Netflix ever. It is the adaptation of the 1959 gothic novel ‘The Haunting of the Hill House’ by Shirley Jackson. Mike Flanagan directed the series and started premiering on Netflix on 12th October 2018.
The good news for horror fans is that this series is on the way of returning and will release very soon as ‘The Haunting of Bly Manor.’ Although this new series is the adaptation of Henry James’ classic 1898 horror novel ‘The Turn Up of the Screw.’ However, the storyline of these two series is not connected according to the makers.

The creators emphasize the storyline on the backdrop of 1897. In ‘The Haunting of the Blay Manor’ we will see that a rich English man will hire an American governess to take care of his niece and nephew. After arriving at Bly Manor, she will experience some paranormal activities. Undoubtedly, this new season will be going to remarkably spooky for them who are not familiar with the horror genre of James.

Fortunately, the shooting and post-production of ‘The Haunting of Bly Manor’ had been completed before the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic worldwide.
