In the latest episode of High Card Season 2, things unfolded at Rummy Academy, a prestigious university in the Kingdom of Fourlands. The focus was on Leo, who was feeling down because his father had disappeared, the High Card had closed temporarily, and his team was scattered.
Leo’s mood improved when he met Francois, a new student, even though Leo initially found him annoying. They became good friends quickly and spent a lot of time together.
Despite this newfound friendship, Leo’s health got worse over time. He kept having nightmares about his father leaving him when he was young, which made things even harder for him.
When Leo passed out while hanging out with Francois, Francois took care of him like a true friend. However, their friendship turned sour when Leo heard a rumor that Francois was asking questions about him, suspecting him to be associated with the Klondikes.
This suspicion led to a big fight between them. Leo left and sat alone in the courtyard, where the school nurse, who had been keeping an eye on his health, approached him. Shockingly, the nurse turned out to be a member of the Klondike family, using their abilities to try to harm Leo.
