The last episode of Gen V will have you wanting more and hoping for Season 4 of The Boys. This spectacular finale to Gen V offers a superb blend of rivalry, drama, and suspense.
There are some incredibly entertaining, powerful, and violent shots in this series, which distinguishes it from anything else currently accessible on streaming. Let’s lay down everything going on in Gen V Episode 8.
Marie awakens at an unknown place after being knocked unconscious by Homelander. Andre, Jordan, and Emma are all in the prison with Marie, but no one knows where they are.
The gang is probably being imprisoned at a secure Vought facility, which has a history of containing supes. Grace Mallory rescued the Gen V team and kept them in the same safe home as Soldier Boy.
Another intriguing idea is that the four pals are trapped within Cate’s mind, which would explain the room’s peculiar doorless arrangement.

The mid-credits scene in the Gen V finale shows Billy Butcher exploring through the desolate Woods facility with a torch.
Although it isn’t said clearly, Billy Butcher is searching for the super virus. A spreading virus that kills supes has been a major plot point throughout Gen V, but the fate of the new weapon remains unknown.
Victoria Neuman may have a sample, but Billy Butcher may seek a formula. After all, the finale of Billy Butcher’s comics includes his utilizing a biological weapon to slaughter supes.

Emma shrinks to an extraordinarily tiny size after she argues with Sam. Emma had only been able to shrink after vomiting during Generation V, and this is the first time she has done it without vomiting. Sam’s harsh words to Emma may have affected her so much that she got physically ill, causing her to shrink.
Forcing herself to throw up makes Emma feel terrible and useless, and Sam’s chat with Emma appears to have had the same impact on her. Although this is unfortunate, this revelation may help Emma use her talents more effectively in the future of Gen V.

A Cameron Coleman report is seen at the end of Gen V episode 8, exposing how Vought has twisted the events at Godolkin University. Vought has gotten the public to think that Marie, Andre, Jordan, and Emma spearheaded the supe rebellion, with Cate and Sam ending it.
The broadcast also reveals that Godolkin University will keep running after the riots, even though the Billy Butcher mid-credits sequence makes it appear that the Woods has been abandoned altogether.
Godolkin University doesn’t serve much of a function for Vought without the Woods since Shetty previously stated that it was a cover-up for the virus.
Supes’ university will seem quite different in season 2, with Dean Shetty killed and many students dead (or locked up in an unknown place). We may anticipate Vought to choose a new administrator for God U, and it is doubtful that Marie, Emma, Jordan, and Andre will return to class.
The events of The Boys season 4 are likely to have a significant impact on the fate of Gen V season 2, so stay tuned for more information.
