Netflix renewed XO Kitty for another season less than a month after it debuted! According to Netflix, the series premiered at number two in their weekly Top 10 rankings, with an astonishing 72.1 million hours viewed.
Before the news, Jenny Han, the author of To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, and the XO, Kitty cast all expressed their desire to film a second season in interviews.

What Could Be the Release Date of Season 2?
XO, Kitty Season 2 has no release date as of this writing. However, it will likely be released in 2025.
The continuous strikes by Writers Guild of America and SAG AFTRA members, which are unlikely to be settled by the end of 2023 or even the start of 2024, are responsible for the anticipated release date of 2025.
As a result, if production resumes in 2024, the second season will take at least a year to complete before being released on Netflix. Thus, the 2025 release date seems more realistic.
