In Only Murders In The Building Season 3 Episode 7, titled ‘CoBro,’ Uma Heller, an Arconia resident, talks about her life after her friend Bunny Folger’s death and how she’s developed a habit of collecting things from loved ones.
She reveals she was in the building on the night of Ben Glenry’s death when he fell down the elevator shaft with Charles, Mabel, and Oliver.
Charles meets Uma at a diner and discusses his fight with Mabel and Oliver. Uma advises him to make amends with his friends, but Charles believes they’ll come back to him.
Mabel decides to leave her Arconia apartment and packs her stuff with Teddy’s help. She learns about a silent auction for Ben’s belongings in the penthouse.
Oliver auditions actors for a role in his play after Charles quits, eventually enlisting Broadway star Matthew Broderick.

Only Murders In The Building Season 3 Episode 7 Ending Explained: What Happened In The End?
At the end of episode 7, Teddy discovers concept art for the ‘CoBro’ comic, the basis for Ben’s successful film franchise. They notice that the art was originally signed as “R. Glenroy,” not “B. Glenroy.” Mabel realizes it was made by Richard “Dickie” Glenroy, who accused Ben of stealing his ideas.
This leads Mabel to suspect that Dickie might have a motive to kill his own brother. Meanwhile, Charles asks Uma for Ben’s handkerchief, but Uma reveals she sold it.
When Mabel releases a teaser for her podcast’s new season, we see Dickie crying in Ben’s apartment, holding a blood-stained handkerchief.
