Hannah Montana Star Mitchel Musso Arrested In Texas.

The popular Disney Channel television show Hannah Montana’s Oliver Oken was played by actor Mitchel Musso, who was arrested in Texas.

‘Hannah Montana’ on the Disney Channel, best known as Oliver Oken, star Mitchel Musso, was detained in Rockwall, Texas. Officers caught the 32-year-old actor after he stole a bag of chips from a store.

Mitchel Musso, the star of Disney’s Hannah Montana, was detained in Rockwall on suspicion of, among other things, public drunkenness and stealing. Musso, a Rockwall native who rose to fame portraying Oliver Oken on Hannah Montana, claims Little Elm as his residence.

Musso reportedly entered the motel, stole a bag of chips, and ate them without paying for the item, according to the Rockwall Police Department. Musso lost his temper when asked to pay for the chips and walked away.

Musso was apprehended by police when they discovered he was wanted for several outstanding traffic warrants and spotted him outside the hotel. Charges of public drunkenness and theft under $100 were brought against Musso. He spent the night in jail but was freed the next day after posting a $1,000 bail.

He was detained in California in October 2011 for exceeding the legal alcohol limit for driving. In addition, the actor was 20 years old at the time, below the legal drinking age. Musso had to leave the television show “Pair of Kings” after the incident since his character was killed off.

Alongside Miley Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus, Musso co-starred in the comedy Hannah Montana for its full four-season run from 2006 to 2011. He also voiced Jeremy Johnson on the well-known animated series Phineas and Ferb and appeared in Disney’s Pair of Kings as King Brady.

He has a history of public drunkenness incidents. According to sources, Musso was detained for drunk driving in Burbank, California, in 2011. He received a fine and a 36-month term of unofficial probation.
