However, something interesting happens when Kugisaki gets approached by a girl, who turns out to be Itadori’s classmate named Ozawa.

Ozawa shows Kugisaki a photo of herself with Itadori, and Kugisaki is surprised because Ozawa looks quite different from the person in the picture.

It turns out that Ozawa has romantic feelings for Itadori and seeks Kugisaki’s assistance to figure out if he’s single. Unsure of Itadori’s relationship status, Kugisaki calls Megumi, who also believes that Itadori isn’t dating anyone.

After a thorough investigation, all signs point toward Kokicho, who has been attending the academy with Ultimate Mechamaru as his proxy. Utahime Lori, Itadori, and others decide to confront Kokicho at what is believed to be his hideout.

However, when they arrive, they discover that Kokicho is not there, deepening the suspicion that he might be the mole they’ve been searching for.

Meanwhile, Mahito and Geto meet with Kokicho at an undisclosed location. It’s revealed that Kokicho has indeed been feeding insider information to Mahito and Geto, but under the condition that no Kyoto students would be harmed.

Since this pact was broken, Kokicho feels betrayed, but Mahito shifts the blame onto Hanami. Bound by a Binding Vow, Mahito decides to heal Kokicho, and the stage is set for a showdown. Kokicho unleashes a powerful attack using the Mechamarus, distracting Mahito initially.

However, Kokicho’s true plan becomes clear as he activates Mechamaru Mode: Absolute to gain the upper hand against Mahito.

With Geto watching from a distance, a tense battle unfolds, and Kokicho realizes he must find a way to face both adversaries on his own. The episode leaves us with an intense cliffhanger as the three powerful sorcerers prepare for a high-stakes battle.
