Eva Mendes stated that she does not want to accompany her partner Ryan Gosling on the red carpet for Barbie to protect their privacy.

Even though her longtime love Ryan Gosling is in the movie, those hoping to see Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling walking the red carpet together would likely be in for a major letdown.

Eva informed a fan that she has no plans to attend her husband’s celebration of the July 21 release of Barbie because she and her husband don’t want to disclose “the very private life that we value.” Her justification is very reasonable.

This week, after being questioned by a fan about whether she would be on the red carpet, Eva Mendes, 49, said on Instagram that she would not be attending the premiere of the new movie, which stars Ryan Gosling as Ken.

In response to a question from a follower who expressed hope to see Mendes with her boyfriend, Mendes recently shared a video of herself and Ryan Gosling on the set of their 2012 movie The Place Beyond the Pines.

While working on “The Place Beyond the Pines” in 2011, Mendes and Gosling started dating. But even then, they have kept their romance very quiet and seldom been in public.

Eva Prefers to Keep Her Personal and Work Live Separate.

Even though Mendes has referred to Gosling as her spouse, neither individual has made their relationship official. A fan asked Mendes whether she would accompany Ryan Gosling on the marketing circuit after posting a clip from “The Place Beyond the Pines” on Instagram last week and discussing their relationship.

The two independent performers have collaborated on two films, including “Lost River,” which Gosling directed and Mendes acted in. Mendes stopped performing in 2014 to focus on raising their two children, born in 2014 and 2016.
