James Gunn was the Co-CEO of Marvel Cinematic Universe beside Kevin Feige. And this is the reason why he has created a lot of MCU films.

But the one series that the star director has directed is Guardians of the Galaxy series. James Gunn has directed all three parts of it and thus is associated with the series.

But this is not it. He has directed movies in the DC Extended Universe too and has given hits there as well. James Gunn began his career in the industry as a screenwriter.

He started screenwriting for various projects in the 1990s. His last Marvel film is Guardians of the Galaxy 3. The movie has received a lot of positive reviews from the audience.

Peter Safran has created a lot of movies for the Marvel Cinematic Universe but he created just one for DC and it was the first part of Suicide Squad.

Fans are worried about the fact that James Gunn might not be a good choice for the DC studios as Suicide Squad didn’t get positive reviews from the audience.
