The latest season of Human Resources went into great detail and covered a lot of ground. Some key plotlines were Emmy gaining Sarah as a client and establishing a love relationship with her Logic Rock- Van, Maury, and Connie struggling to raise Montel correctly, Pete and Rochelle maybe having a future together, and others.
The series’ last episode is named Yipee Ki-Hate, Motherf**ker, and we’re at the workplace holiday party, also known as Anal Day, which is the Hormone Monsters’ most sacred event.

What happens during the An*l Day celebration?
Everyone at work is celebrating the holiday, and Emmy invites Rochelle to the party, but she is a total downer. Things worsen when Dante arrives at the party after his time overseas and with his new llama spouse.
Rochelle tears through them with harsh comments and spares no one else until she is asked to leave. She returns to the hatred division and tells her coworkers what happened.
During her rage, she complains about how unjustly everyone else treats them and how they should be in charge of everything. General Malice approves of this plan, and as Rochelle departs, she informs everyone else of their goals.

What is the plan for the hatred division?
Rochelle visits Alice and notices her on her way out to confront another student tormenting a small kid.
She stops her and tells her that going to help is worthless because everything sucks.
General Malice and the remaining division members take control of the situation at the office, tying everyone up as captives. Gill and Joe are in the supply closet and decide to help everyone else.
When Dante’s penis appears to help Pete, he becomes jealous and snitches on them. In exchange, he has his skull explode while everyone else has to watch him die.
With everyone else unavailable, the hate monsters descend on Earth to discord, division, and chaos. Rochelle returns and is astounded by what has happened.

Who comes to the rescue?
General Malice offers Rochelle a gun and orders her to murder Hope, but Rochelle changes her mind, and they flee instead. Rochelle is on the verge of being killed and feels terrible about all she has done until Hope offers her a pep talk, and she transforms back into a lovebug.
General Malice summons them to the roof, where she threatens to harm Pete, and with everyone’s aid, they beat the general and the rest of the hate creatures.
Dante’s penis escaped into the vents and saved Hope earlier in the lift shaft, while Joe and Gill finally saved all the other employees as Montel had to kill one of his mentor, Lionel’s, parents.
As Rochelle returns to Alice and reminds her how strong love is, the day is saved, and General Malice dies.
