Is Black Mirror Season 6 Coming in June 2023? Charlie Brooker created the British anthology television series ‘Black Mirror’ which is based on CBS’ American sci-fi horror anthology tv series ‘The Twilight Zone‘.

Each episode of the series features a stand-alone story in which the plot is set in near-future dystopias.

The Primetime Emmy Award winning series falls under the speculative and science fiction genre and uses sci-fi technologies to comment on contemporary social problems.

When Is Black Mirror Season 6 Releasing?

Show creator Charlie Brooker was a comedy writer previously. While he was working on programs like ‘Newswipe’, he decided to develop an anthology series modeled in the style of ‘The Twilight Zone’, ‘Hammer House of Horror’, and ‘Tales of the Unexpected’.

The first series premiered on December 4, 2011, on Channel 4. From the third season, the series began to air on Netflix.

Season five was released on June 5, 2019. Netflix released the official trailer of ‘Black Mirror season 6 on YouTube on May 31, 2023. The sixth season consisting of five episodes is set to premiere on 15th June this year.

Series and Cast Review of Season 6:

Netflix

The first episode of the sixth season is titled “Joan Is Awful”. Cast members of the episode include Annie Murphy (‘Schitt’s Creek‘, ‘Kevin Can F**k Himself‘), Michael Cera (‘Arrested Development‘, ‘Life & Beth‘, ‘The End of Love’, ‘Gloria Bell’, ‘The Adults’), Salma Hayek (‘Teresa’, ‘El Callejón de los Milagros’.

The second episode of the upcoming season is entitled “Loch Henry”. Its cast members include Samuel Blenkin (‘Atlanta’, ‘Peaky Blinders’, ‘Dracula’), and Myha’la Herrold (‘Industry’, ‘Bodies Bodies Bodies’).

The title of the third episode of the upcoming season is “Beyond the Sea”. Cast members of this new episode are Aaron Paul (‘Breaking Bad’, ‘El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie’, the final season of ‘Better Call Saul’).

Episode 4 of ‘Black Mirror’ Season 6 entitled “Mazey Day” includes Zazie Beetz (‘Atlanta’, ‘Easy’, ‘Invincible’), Danny Ramirez (‘The Gifted’, ‘On My Block’, ‘The Falcon and the Winter Soldier’, ‘Top Gun: Maverick’), Clara Rugaard (‘The Rising’, ‘Good Favour’, ‘Teen Spirit’, ‘I Am Mother’, ‘Love Gets a Room’, ‘Press Play’).
