Barracuda Queens was released on 5th June 2023 on Netflix, and here are the details you need to know about the series.

The ending felt extremely unsatisfying!

Netflix has returned with another series about wealthy girls doing dubious things; this time, it’s alright.

The writer’s interest increased when the title card revealed that the show was based on actual events.

While the plot is predictable and does not elicit much conscious thinking, the series’ elements make it entertaining.

After a crazy weekend trip to Bastad, Lollo, Klara, Mia, and Frida notice that they screwed things up the night before, with Klara and Lollo piling up 100,000 and 70,000 in debt, respectively.

They can’t get it from their parents, and they can’t tell them about the incredibly reckless behaviors they made in a drunken haze that cost them so much money. So Klara does another deed to get money, which later inspires Lollo.

Soon after, the Barracuda Queens become thieves and embark on their first heist. They eventually enjoy the escapades, and Klara and Lollo can pay off their debts.

However, they swiftly desire to continue the appropriations, and with successive thefts, more outside parties become involved while the police continue to investigate the burglaries.

Group infighting, dishonesty, and a lack of communication place them all in jail. While they’re all being questioned, the cops walk out to look for evidence that may punish them, only to discover nothing as additional criminals emerge. An unexpected character works behind the scenes to help the girls.

Are the Barracuda Queens Captured? Do They End Up in Jail?

The police investigating the case realize that the five females are part of a clique and are connected to all the burglary victims somehow.

When all of this is combined with discovering five empty glasses at each crime site, the investigators conclude that the girls are to blame for the burglary.

However, the Barracuda Queens are interrogated before they can get their story straight. They were exposing themselves more and more as they spoke.

However, the girls are very fortunate when a group of male robbers smashes into Klara and Frida’s house while their father is present. He calls the cops, and the thieves are caught.

Among the items collected from them are a few of the stolen goods collected by Frida from each theft, thereby making this gang the suspects.

The authorities also raid Carl-Johan’s family’s property and discover the Barn vacant. They have no choice except to release the Barracuda Queens.

Who transferred the Stolen Goods from the Barn?

Carl-Johan calls Margareta when the investigators arrive to question him. Margareta cleans up Lollo’s mess with Carl-Johan’s help after recovering from the shock of knowing what her daughter and the other girls have been up to.

When the girls are released, they discover all of the stolen things at “the practice,” most likely a Millkvist family office space, when Margareta sends them there and realizes she is the one who saved them.

Will the Barracuda Queens continue to engage in robberies?

Following their release, the girls celebrate and cheer up, revealing that they have learned virtually nothing from their trauma and are unaware of how close they were to going to prison.

Luckily and Margareta helped them in this situation, but that might only sometimes be the case. They will be confident and invulnerable since they have gotten away with their crime.

The Barracuda Queens, like their real-life counterparts, will most likely continue their burglaries for years until they are caught and convicted. There is no reason to believe that the females will be stopped.
