The ending of “Hunger” has a nearly joyous moment in which Aoy eagerly prepares to cook in her kitchen. Aoy is prepared to lead the business and take Shuyou to new heights of success with her unique cuisine and popularity.

Aoy is the only one who comes to see Paul in the hospital. She serves him her famed crybaby noodles, a family recipe, and inquires about what inspired Paul to become a chef.

Paul shares his tale. He describes how her mother was created and how he grew up seeing affluent people eat and live, having everything he didn’t. He admits he wanted to try caviar, so he stole some, which got her mother in trouble.

Worst of all, while caviar is pricey, it tastes terrible. He became a chef so wealthy people would kowtow to him and order his meals.

Aoy departs for another private function that includes roasting endangered birds. She can no longer put up with Paul’s cynicism. Aoy also has health problems because her father fell and is being treated in the hospital.

Aoy accepts responsibility for paying the amount and follows Tos, who recommends that she become Thailand’s most famous and attractive chef. Tos offers Aoy her restaurant, which she runs well because of her skill with the work. Tos notifies Aoy that a vital occasion is approaching.

Aoy chats late at night with her brother, who misses her since she is so busy with her business. Paul pays Aoy an after-hours visit, and she prepares for him.

Paul explains that now that she is renowned, she can only think about when it will all stop. He also informs her that he and she will attend a special birthday celebration.

Meanwhile, Aoy consults with Tos about assisting Tone, the cook who initially saw her. Tos feels Tone needs what it takes to be a renowned chef, but he will speak with him.

The attendance of the two chefs at the private gathering becomes a showdown. They begin cooking not for the guests at the party but to outdo each other to determine who is the greatest.

Finally, Paul declares himself the winner since he is the most famous, but Tone and Tos show a video of him murdering the exotic bird and being jailed for it, but he insists he will get away with it.

Finally, without wishing to leave the world of gourmet dining, Aoy returns to her father’s restaurants and swears that she and her family will make it prominent on their own.
