Netflix is getting a live version action of Eiichiro Oda’s renowned manga very soon One Piece. Tomorrow Studios, the very same production company behind Netflix’s now-canceled Cowboy Bebop adaption, is developing the series.
Here’s all that we know about One Piece (Season 1) live-action. As far as franchises go, One Piece ranks among the most popular and well-known manga series ever created.
Since its premiere on July 22nd, 1997 in an issue of Weekly Shnen Jump, 969 chapts. and 95 vols of the manga have indeed been released, and more are on the way. One Piece has over 462 million copies sold to date, One Piece is also the best-selling manga of all time, surpassing Dragon Ball, Golgo 13, and Naruto.
This also ranks OP as one of the most successful fictional names in history, with over $21 billion in the income generated through several mangas, movies, video games, and other forms of merchandising.

The Netflix live-action remake of One Piece might debut in August 2023. @OP Netflix Fan announced through Twitter that the live-action One Piece might release the first ever season on Netflix on August 31, 2023.
10 episodes were scheduled when the series was initially announced. Madea later acknowledged the existence of “ten scripts.” All new releases are subject to alteration as we wait for an official announcement from Netflix.

The storyline of One Piece takes occurs on another variant of Earth, one that is now in the middle of the ‘Golden Period of Pirates’.
Just the bravest have an opportunity to stake claim to the fabled wealth famed as ‘One Piece,’ which was left abandoned by the deadliest pirate of all time, Gol D. Roger.
Decades after the demise of Gol D. Roger, a little boy named Monkey D. Luffy dreams of establishing his crew, locating OP, and proclaiming himself to be the Pirate King.
Luffy acquires great agility as well as strength upon consuming a devil fruit that allows him the ability to turn his body into rubber.
As Luffy reaches the age of adulthood, he sets sail from Foosha Village in East Blue on his epic voyage to claim the title of Pirate King.

The original One Piece live-action teaser has yet to be published by Netflix. As per Variety, Eiichiro Oda assures that the adaptation of the original manga would be “authentic to the fans and supporters who have backed One Piece for twenty years.”

The show presently has a TV-14 classification on IMDb, which was noted by Matt Owens during a broadcast.
The program is known as Project Panda, but it has also been referred to as Project Roger in the past.
