Loki Season 2 Plotline
Following the end credits scene from Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, the precise plot of Loki season 2 is now more clear. It featured a scene of Loki and Mobius getting back together while taking in a Victor Timely lecture in front of a large audience.
Victor Timely is a Kang variation, something Loki and Mobius seem to be aware of that no one else is.
As he starts his speech, they comment on how terrifying he is. This Kang variant also seems to be the most obsessed with controlling time, despite the fact that only a few lines are heard.
It is not surprising to see Loki and Mobius reunited because earlier Loki season 2 footage demonstrated that their friendship would continue.
The concept that Loki and Mobius are looking through the multiverse for Kang variants is the more significant Loki season 2 plot setup in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.
It is not clear from the brief scene whether they are carrying out this mission on their own initiative or in response to instructions from the new TVA overlord Kang variant.
