The show’s first season, which consisted of eight 30- to 40-minute episodes, established several plotlines while also dissolving a number of them.

The season-ending implied that there should be a second, which would be easy considering how well-made the first one was. The conclusion saw many plotlines collide with one another and some gruesome revelations that would permanently alter the course of specific individuals.

Most episodes focused on the romance between Michael Solomon’s characters Rusty and Gloria and a perilous mix-up involving Marisol and her twin Mariluna (Peggy Blow). Everything came to a head in a fairly terrible climax, where Mariluna eventually met an unknowable death.

There were many unanswered mysteries after the final episode of Freeridge. However, the entire show explored a wide range of viewpoints and came close to resolving them all. It all started when Ines learned a startling truth about her sister: Gloria’s boyfriend was hired by her uncle to pose as her lover.

The sisters left their unwell father behind and traveled to Mariluna’s house for Thanksgiving. Ines revealed Rusty’s secret to Gloria, who did not take it well.

She yelled at her sister and said that their mother had had cancer when she was carrying Ines. After being compelled to inform Gloria about the arrangement with her uncle, Rusty was treated poorly by both of them.

Ines and Rusty later argued while sitting outdoors, which resulted in a passionate kiss between the two just before Gloria entered. She apologized to both of them, but she had missed their kiss.

Freeridge then took a new route as Mariluna put out an intriguing idea for a game that would provide money for Gloria and her father to cure the former. But eventually, everything started to go south.

When Joker and Sad Eyes showed up there, they confused Marisol for Mariluna. This ultimately resulted in an altercation that was terminated by a gunshot. They all heard the gunshot and emerged to see Mariluna’s body.

However, the show left much of it up to mystery, so there might be a better ending for the beloved figure by the audience. The previous episode included several events, including the breakup of Demi (Ciara Riley Wilson) and Cam (Tenzing Norgay Trainor).

However, the ex-couple decided to be friends after their relationship, which at times appeared unstable, ended sadly.

Gloria was kept in the dark about a vital secret hidden by Cameron, Ines, and Demi. Before the core four sat down for Thanksgiving dinner, everything came to a head.

When Mariluna entered Mariluna’s study and inquired as to what they were talking about, the group was whispering over whether or not they would give Gloria the truth.

Ines informed her older sister that Rusty was an actress hired by her uncle to divert her, despite Cameron and Demi’s attempts to divert the conversation and shift the subject.

Ines’ contribution to the passing of their late mother was brought up by Gloria, who disbelieved her sister and made some callous remarks. After Gloria confronted Rusty at the dinner table, things only got worse.

He acknowledged taking the job but said he stopped collecting pay after his affection for her intensified. Gloria apologized to her sister and Rusty after realizing she had overreacted and discussed it with Mariluna.

Unfortunately, Ines and Rusty kissed just before Gloria apologized, potentially indicating that they still had affection for one another. Sadly, Gloria missed seeing them do it.
