The drama focuses on a young man (Ji Chang-Wook) who has suffered all of his life and has a terrible background and enters a hospice facility under the requirement of performing community service.

He makes the decision to join Team Genie, a team that grants hospice patients’ final desires, and he gains his first experience providing care for others.
