Kim Min Jae to Join the Cast of Dr. Romantic Season 3

The South Korean actor and rapper Kim Min Jae will be returning to the cast of ‘Dr. Romantic for season 3.

The actor has worked in numerous television series like Dr. Romantic 2 (2020), and Do You Like Brahms? (2020), Second 20s (2015), My First Time (2015), Dr. Romantic (2016), Guardian: The Lonely and Great God (2016), Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency (2019), Tempted (2018), Dali and Cocky Prince (2021), and Poong, the Joseon Psychiatrist (2022).

The news of Kim Min Jae returning to the drama was confirmed by his agency on November 5. The agency stated, “Kim Min Jae is set to appear in the SBS drama ‘Dr. Romantic 3,’ which is scheduled to air in the first half of next year.

Kim Min Jae grew up with ‘Dr. Romantic.’ He is an actor who gives more importance to the way a tale flows than to whether a character is playing a leading or supporting part. We kindly ask that you show him a lot of affection so that he can continue to engage audiences with real performances in the future.”

Dr. Romantic Season 3 Cast Members

Along with Kim Min Jae, the actress So Ju Yeon will also be returning to the third season of ‘Dr. Romantic.’ On November 4, the actress’s agency made the formal announcement: “So Ju Yeon will also be acting with Han Suk Kyu, Ahn Hyo Seop, and Lee Sung Kyung in Season 3 after earning a lot of love from viewers in ‘Dr. Romantic 2’.”

Dr. Romantic is a television series that focuses on the genre medical, melodrama, and romance. It has released its two seasons and the third season is on its way. The first season was aired on SBS TV from November 7, 2016, to January 16, 2017, while the second season was telecasted from January 6 to February 25, 2020.

The first season of the series talks about a triple-board certified surgeon Boo Yong-joo (Han Suk-kyu) who teaches Kang Dong-joo (Yoo Yeon-seok) and Yoon Seo-jeong (Seo Hyun-jin) to battle against money and power for the benefit of patients in order to help them become great doctors.

While the second season follows the events that happened three years later to that of the first season. Now the fans are anticipating the third season, they are eager to know the plot of it. The fans have to wait till the drama is released.
