What Is Bardo: False Chronicle of a Handful of Truths About?

IMDb

Bardo, False Chronicle of a Handful of Truths is an experience that is epic, visually gorgeous, and immersive. It is set against the intimate and touching journey of Silverio, a famous Mexican journalist and documentary filmmaker residing in Los Angeles.

After being named the recipient of a prestigious international prize, Silverio feels forced to return to his native country, unaware that this simple trip will drive him to an ethical limit.

He is now living in a state of amazement and astonishment as a result of the folly of his worries and memories, choosing to pierce through the present.

Silverio struggles with topics that are both universal and personal, such as identity, success, mortality, the history of Mexico, and the very emotional familial relationships he shares with his wife and children, and he does it with both emotion and an abundance of humor.
