During her speech to her guests, Meghan recounted how her husband, Prince Harry, had assisted her during that time in her life.

When Meghan inquired about Deepika’s mental health when her professional career was flourishing… Deepika stated: “I awoke and fell. My blood pressure fell. Then, all of a sudden, my existence seemed pointless. I didn’t want to be alive any longer. I was reluctant to get out of bed. And I fought with this for months and months.

I’d just burst into tears at the drop of a hat. You will not be present. I’d be talking to someone or at an event or engaging with someone, but my mind would be somewhere “.

She also stated that she was unable to observe her parents packing their belongings after spending many days with her. “And my mother said, “What’s the matter?” Is it your marriage? Has anyone mentioned anything to you?

I said, “I’m not sure.” I’ve been feeling this way for a long time. I can’t stop weeping. I’m not sure why. It’s a depressing feeling. You simply feel hopeless. You believe there is no sense in life “.

Deepika said regarding her mental health a few years ago, “You just have this continual sensation of emptiness, hollowness, and hopelessness. We knew someone who was a counselor in our family and friends circle, so I dialed her number. I talked to her. She was at an event when she came out and said, ‘Deepika.’ I’m getting on a plane right now to come to visit you. You should consult a psychiatrist.’ She could tell I needed assistance just by the tone of my voice.”

The podcast was a big hit since Meghan focused on women’s mental health and star actors Deepika Padukone and Constance Wu discussed their thoughts with the audience.

Meghan remembered, “Yeah. And you mustered the confidence to seek the assistance you required, as well as assistance that works for you. At my lowest moment, I believe I was finally connected to someone whom my spouse (Prince Harry) had discovered a reference for me to call. And I phoned this lady. She had no idea I was phoning her.”

Last year, Harry co-starred with Oprah Winfrey in The Me You Can’t See, an Apple TV+ documentary series addressing mental health. Harry had discussed the racist articles written about Meghan and how his family had failed to assist.

Finally, Deepika also dismissed reports of her divorce from Ranveer and stated that he will return and is now traveling on business… “My husband just returned from a week at a music festival. So he’ll be overjoyed to see my face “.
