Christina Ricci Update: The 42-year-old actress has teamed up with Nordstrom for a new campaign alongside her husband Mark Hampton for a luxurious selection of her favorite Christmas treats and gifts.
Ricci chose a figure-hugging knit maxi dress to complement her husband’s classic suit. It was a stark contrast to the sparkly formal gown she wore at the last Primetime Emmy Awards event last September.

Ricci’s Christmas dress is a floor-length crochet black dress with strategically placed loose and tight knits that reveal parts of her body. The material gathers around her bust and midriff in a triangle that flares out slightly under her bum while loosening into an X on her upper and lower body. Loosely knit holes show off Ricci’s toned long legs and arms.
She accessorized the gown with white chandelier earrings and wore her hair a light brown shade with wide bangs.

Christina Ricci knitted Christmas dress is very reminiscent of the sheer lace dress she wore to the Yellowjackets FYC event last summer. However, the dress featured a plunging neckline, chunky bustier material, and a skirt that covered her bottom while the rest featured netted lace.
Floral lace made up her long sleeve, bodice, and midi skirt. In a departure from her Christmas style, Ricci wore her brunette hair up in a wavy curl and accessorized the look slightly.
Black, cord/braided lace seemed to be the theme for Ricci’s outfits last summer, when she wore another at The Hollywood Reporter’s Emmy Nomination Party as a cast member of the acclaimed show Yellowjackets.
The show, which has a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and received multiple Emmy nominations, including Outstanding Supporting Actress for Ricci, is a mystery/thriller.
It tells the stories of intertwined individuals across different generations from high school to adulthood and how their past choices have affected their present lives.
Ricci didn’t win her category at the Emmys, but the nod was enough recognition that she did a great job in Yellowjackets. According to THR, Lord of The Ring alum Elijah Woods is joining the show for season two and will become Ricci’s Misty’s nemesis.
She might have gotten a second nomination for her portrayal in the second series and won an Emmy.
