According to the Jeju police, the 49-year-old actor Kwak Do-won was discovered at five in the morning while dozing off in his parked automobile on a road in Jeju City. When the police came to know about this, they took an action against the actor.

The actor had to undergo a breathalyzer test by which it was revealed that his blood alcohol level exceeded 0.8 percent. The increase in the level of alcohol in the blood was more than enough for his driving license to be countermanded. Kwak Do-won reportedly drove a distance of roughly 10 km, according to Korean media. He slept off in the middle of the road while drunk.
