Jamtara: Sabka Number Aayega is one of the most famous Indian Web series on Netflix after the Sacred Games Season 1 was released in 2020 on Netflix and has 7.2 out of 10 ratings on IMDb. The series is based on few true events which had occurred in a small district in Jharkhand, India and a few characters are fictional but the maximum characters are inspired from existing persons.

Now after 3 years Jamtara Season 2 TRAILER has finally dropped by Netflix on its Youtube Channel. In the trailer, we can see how the business of phishing is increasing in Jamtara District. The trailer of Jamtara Season 2 seems set on a bigger scale as the composition of politics and crime is up to the next level in the latest trailer.

As per the trailer, our main characters from Season 1 are back in the game of online fraud and scam and Gudiya is about debut her political career now.

So Jamtara Season 2 will deal with a few new types of online scams with a very large intensity. As per the director Soumendra Padhi:

“Over the last few years, we’ve seen a huge uptick in the number of phishing scams. All of us at some point have received a call asking for our OTP number or CVV code. A number of the young people in Jamtara took advantage of unsuspecting people who weren’t tech-savvy, successfully building a hub for endless cash, with a mobile address book and quick dial. Season 1 saw huge success. We’ve been humbled by the response and how word spread. The ability it had to also educate whilst entertaining people has been incredible. This season we’ll witness our favorites fight back much like ‘David’, trying to take on Goliath (Brajesh). Innovating and sharpening their cyber fraud plans, akin to sand, fall through their hands, no matter how they try to control it. As the rivalries intensify, the frauds will as well.”

The Release Date of Season 2

As per economic times, Jamtara Season 2 has been scheduled to be released on Wednesday 23rd September 2022.

The Cast and Plot of the New Season

The Second season of Jamtara will start with the announcement of a few new characters and Gudiya Mandal’s candidature as MLA of Jamtara. Amit Sial will be back in the role of Brajesh Bhaan, whose one leg was cut off in season 1. Sparsh Srivasta will be back as Sunny in Jamtara Season 2 who is one of the major cast of the series.
