Big Sky, ABC’s suspense series, will return as part of the show’s 2022-2023 TV series, with lots more in hand for Big Sky Season 3.

Big Sky will replace A Million Little Things in the season 2 of the 2021-2022 television season.

Who is in the cast?
Big Sky’s season 3 has yet to be announced by ABC, but we do know that the two series protagonists, Katheryn Winnick and Kylie Bunbury, will return as Jessie Hoyt and Cassie Dewell, accordingly. We already know that some new (or at least semi-new) faces will be accompanying them in season 3.

Brian Geraghty as Ronald Pergman, Dedee Pfeiffer as Denise Brisbane, Omar Metwally as Mark Lindor, Anja Savcic as Scarlet Leyendecker, and Janina Gavankar as Ren are also scheduled to reprise for Big Sky season 3.
What is the plot?
Big Sky portrays a private investigator and a former cop, played by Winnick and Cassie, as both collaborate to solve problems affecting their neighborhood, ranging from kidnappings to transactions with known criminal syndicates. There is no formal summary for Big Sky season 3, however, we can get a sense of where things left off in season 2.
What began as an inquiry into a vehicle collision from outside Helena, Mont. quickly escalated into a run-in with The Syndicate, a violent organization. This investigation leads to the terrible murder of Wolf Legarski, prompting Scarlet Leyendecker to flee to Canada, abandoning her daughter Phoebe to live with her family in Michigan.
Other major narrative elements include the chance that Kate still seems to be alive and Travis getting released from jail to rescue her; Jag killing his father and fleeing; Ren and Alicia perhaps forming an uncomfortable alliance; and the arrival of Beau Arlen as the new sheriff.
While all of those plots are likely to continue to some degree, we do know that Reba McEntire’s new character & her family’s dubious background will be included in the upcoming season.
