In a situation that may feel familiar to some, Kevin Hart’s hit comedy The Man from Toronto was just released, and now the Philadelphia native is returning with yet another comic for the summertime Me Time. This time, he’s collaborating with Oscar contender Mark Wahlberg.
Although they aren’t renowned for collaborating on films, the two look to be pals in Hollywood. In a hilarious conversation with Ellen on her talk show program, Hart quips regarding how he and Mark Wahlberg may act together but cannot work out with each other.

When is the Me Time release date?
Me Time will release on Netflix on Friday, August 26. If you want to view the film when it comes out, make sure that you have a membership to the streaming video service.

The Director of Me Time John Hamburg is the Me Time director. Hamburg has experience in both tv and movies.
He has formerly directed episodes of TV shows such as New Girl and The Grinder, as well as films such as Along Came Polly and also why Him?
Intriguingly, Hamburg also created the screenplay for Me Time. According to his résumé, he also wrote the screenplays for the Meet the Parents series.
The storyline of Me Time is described as follows:
A dedicated stay-at-home dad gets his first me time in many years by accompanying a hard-partying old friend on a crazy celebration vacation while his family is elsewhere.
If we were to be more specific, the film depicts what occurs when a family guy attempts to change things up in his lifestyle by enlisting the help of the one individual he knows has no bounds whenever it comes to having a great time. Unfortunately for the normally reserved father, things escalate beyond his wildest expectations.
