Cobra Kai Season 5 Special Trailer, and More

Cobra Kai Season 5 is soon here and the stakes are stronger than ever, get ready to polish your crane kick: The staff of Miyagi-Do is joined by old adversaries and allies for a fight that has been planned for decades.

Terry Silver (Thomas Ian Griffith), the villain from Karate Kid Part III, took over the Cobra Kai dojo at the end of Season 4 and transformed it into a vast (and soulless) franchise.

To defeat Silver and his ruthless, no-compassion brand of karate, Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) will have to call in the heavy guns as Johnny Lawrence (Billy Zabka) has laid aside his karate. That necessitates turning to Daniel’s rival in The Karate Kid Part II, Chozen Toguchi (Yuji Okumoto), another former adversary.

We get a first peek at this new challenge and the several training montages required to sweep the leg and eventually put an end to Silver in new Season 5 first-look photographs. Netflix releases Cobra Kai Season 5 on September 9. Look at the teaser below for much more wax-on, wax-off awesomeness.

Additionally, Mike Barnes, the antagonist from Karate Kid 3, will make a return in the upcoming season of the popular Netflix martial arts show Cobra Kai (Sean Kanan).

That’s correct, Terry Silver (Thomas Ian Griffith) has hired the cruel karate-based bad guy again to terrify Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio). Based on these ten recently leaked pictures, he will be fighting again. This makes a lot of sense, of course.

We saw Silver take control of Cobra Kai from his erstwhile friend John Kreese (Martin Kove), whom he also falsely accused of murder, towards the conclusion of Cobra Kai Season 4. and it appears that he has enlisted some support to keep Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) and Daniel in check.

Honestly, I can’t wait for it to happen. Daniel and Johnny finally putting their differences aside in Season 4 made the Cobra Kai plot an exciting continuation. Season 5 will see them relying on one another even more.

Barnes’ admission into Cobra Kai is still a mystery to us, which is unfortunate, but it appears that he hasn’t ceased training. The Cobra Kai dojo, which seems to have received more than a fresh coat of paint from Sensei Silver, is yet visible in these new pictures.
