Season 3 of The Mandalorian will see the continuation of Mando and Grogu’s adventures, a.k.a. Baby Yoda. The Star Wars series debuted on Disney+ in November 2019 and stars Pedro Pascal as the titular character, a bounty hunter on the run. The first two seasons were huge hits for the streaming service, garnering 39 Emmy nominations and 14 wins in the Creative Arts categories. The Mandalorian’s third season has been confirmed for April 2020, and fans are ecstatic about the new episodes.

Here’s everything we know about season 3 of The Mandalorian so far, including the release date, cast, and more.

Mando appeared in the show and reunited with Grog, who had left The Mandalorian season 2 to train with Luke Skywalker. The new season will most likely feature Mando and Grogu fleeing the Empire’s remnants who want to capture Baby Yoda. Season 3 could see the return of Boba Fett and his ally Fennec Shand (Ming-Na Wen).

Is a trailer available yet?

Unfortunately, Disney has yet to release the season 3 trailer. The audience was shown an exclusive teaser at the Star Wars Celebration, but it has yet to be released online. The teaser, according to DenOfGeek, explores the fallout from Mando’s decision to remove his helmet in season two. Bo-Katan also appears to question Grogu about his belief that “his father was the only Mandalorian.”
