Thor: Love and Thunder theme music from the trailer is one of the chartbuster songs of American Hardcore rock band Guns N’ Roses from Los Angeles which was released in 1988.
The trailer of Marvel’s upcoming movie Thor: Love and Thunder has been released a few days back before the release of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Christian Bale will officially debut in Marvel Cinematic Universe from the movie Thor: Love and Thunder as he will play the role of Gorr the God Butcher in the film, which we have discussed already in another article.

Sweet Child O’ Mine was first released by Guns N’ Roses in 1988 on their debut album Appetite for Destruction, which had topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart the same year, then the song was re-released in the UK in 1989 where it was at number 6 on the UK Singles Chart.

The music of the track was composed during a jam session by drummer Steven Adler and Slash and Slash said in his autobiography “within an hour my guitar exercise had become something else”.

The song is so popular that it has been placed number 37 on Guitar World’s list of the “100 Greatest Guitar Solos”, it has been placed at number 3 on “Blender’s 500 Greatest Songs Since You Were Born” and Rolling Stone has placed it on number 198 on their list of “Rolling Stone’s The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time.” Almost 2,609,000 digital copies have been sold since 2012 in the United States only.

Now Marvel has used the song in the trailer of Thor: Love and Thunder which you can notice in the opening of the trailer and I think we will also hear the song in the movie which is scheduled to be released on 8th July 2022.
