Realme 9 Pro + is a new addition to the company’s big list and is already confusing smartphones. Traditionally, Realme has been leading with key models in the series of numbers together, but this year we got the Realme 9i first, in January. With this latest launch, instead of the expected Realme 9 and 9 Pro, we get the new Realme 9 Pro and the new Realme 9 Pro +.
Realme 9 Pro + is available in three variants. There are basic variants with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, with a value of Rs. 24,999 in India. The second variant has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and costs Rs. 26,999. The highest option with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage has a value of Rs. 28,999. I have received a higher version of this review.
The Realme 9 Pro + seems to be on the verge of a new fashion for rapidly changing color smartphones. This phone is available in three categories: Midnight Black, Aurora Green, and Sunrise Blue. In this case, only Sunrise Blue is the only one that changes color when exposed to the sun.
Realme came with the MediaTek Dimension 920 SoC, which is available in the recently launched Xiaomi 11i series. This SoC operates at a clock speed of 2.5GHz and is produced using a 6nm process.
The phone supports several 5G and dual-5G standby bands. It also has Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and standard satellite navigation systems. The device is powered by a 4,500mAh battery that can be charged quickly using a 60W in-box charger.
