Kourtney Update: Last weekend came as a shock for Scott Disick. The major shock came from, Kourtney Kardashian, 42, when she decided to elope in Las Vegas with her fiancé, Travis Barker, 46.
However, the fact that hit Scott wasn’t the marriage news (although, not legally). It was the memory that had hit him.
According to reports, 15 years ago, Kourtney had almost walked down the aisle with Scott in Sin City. A close source to Scott revealed, that Kourtney’s shotgun wedding was like a “gut punch” to the ex-boyfriend. Kardashian’s ex Scott Disick, was still not fully on board with her marrying him.
Scott And Kourtney’s “Almost Wedding”
In 2007, during a family trip to Las Vegas. Kourtney almost decided to wed Scott at A Little White Chapel. During the time, she said, “This feels rushed but I guess I’m about to get married. I feel like we just woke up and haven’t had a second to think about this.”
Although, it was revealed that the couple would have been married if it wasn’t for mom, Kris Jenner.
The source also said, “They almost got married there and Kourtney knows this. Whether or not it was just for fun, it was a reality check and an eye-opener for Scott. It was one thing to get over the fact that they were engaged in the first place. But to find out they went through with a ceremony, in Vegas of all places — he felt crushed.”
Scott Disick Marriage Fails
In 2013, the marriage topic surfaced, when fans learned that Scott did, want to marry Kourtney. Though, at that time he had to deal with his demons first and overcome addiction before, thinking to marry.
In addition, in an episode of KUWTK, Scott asked Kourtney to marry him “right here, right now” during a family dinner with all of her sisters in February 2021. Though, she did not answer him. He felt positive that they would eventually get married and live a good life.
Guess, Scott has his reasons to feel broken. In addition, another source also revealed that “Scott wishes he would have done everything differently, but it is too late to cry over spilled milk.”
Scott Disick Attends The Kardashians premiere
Scott after his ex-Kortney Vegas Wedding with Travis Barker made his new romance official. He was spotted at the premiere of The Kardashians along with Rebecca Donaldson. The couple posed while holding hands together at the red carpet event.
Donaldson looked lavishing with an elegant, skin-tight off-shoulder black and grey mini-dress that fell to her mid-thigh.
She had opted to keep her black hair pulled back into a tight ponytail. In addition, she chose diamond-studded hoop earrings for her red carpet look.
The model completed her style statement with black heels and a matching black and grey clutch.
Disick opted to go for a tie-less black suit with his white dress shirt slightly unbuttoned. Completing his look with a black-and-white polka dot pocket square.
