Transplant Season 2 Updates: NBC’s Series Transplant has been named as one of the best medical dramas to be released. Transplant season 1 ended with a cliffhanger and made fans confused about the main lead’s sister. And Since then fans have been waiting for season 2 eagerly.
Transplant season 1 was released on 1st September 2022 on NBC, with 13 episodes. Season 1 ended on 8th December 2020.
On 24 June 2022, the production company Bell Media shared the news that the series has been renewed for its second season. Till then it was not confirmed when will Transplant Season 2 released and who will be the cast members, however now we have a release date of the series and information about the cast.
Transplant Season 2 will be released on 6th March 2022 on NBC.
Transplant Season 2: Will we see Surprise Character?
It’s highly expected the main lead of the series will be making their way back into season 2, and we have Hamza Haq will return as Dr. Bashir “Bash” Hamed, Laurence Leboeuf will reprise as Dr. Magalie Leblanc as known as Mags, John Hannah will return as Dr. Jed Bishop.
Sirena Gulamgaus will play Bash’s, Sister Amira. Ayisha Issa in the role of Dr. June Curtis Jim Watson in the role of Dr. Theo Hunter, Linda E. Smith in the role of Dr. Wendy Atwater, and Sugith Varughese Will return as Dr, Ajay Singh.
In the finale of the first season, we witness Bash and Amira’s reunion and there was a surprise character, it is not confirmed who she was, however, we saw Bash hug her tightly and say “I thought you were Dead”. By the looks of the lady it does not seem that she is Bash’s Mother, but someone close to the family.
Is she Bash’s wife? Is Bash married? Is she his sister? Who is she?.
And we have to see Mags succeeding in her career.
