That’s the little brother of Kim, Khloé, and Kourtney Kardashian, it’s Robert Arthur Kardashian also known as Rob Kardashian.
Rob Kardashian is a former star of Keeping Up With Kardashian. As he drew the ending line of the battle he was having with his former fiancé. With dismissing the assault and battery lawsuit he filed against Blac Chyna in 2017.
Back in 2017, Rob Kardashian sued his contemporary fiancé Blac Chyna for assault. Declaring that she thumped him with a metal pole and also tried to strangle him with an iPhone charging cord when she was under an influence of extreme alcohol and drug. He tried to escape but she continued to hit him in his face and head.
He also claimed that she pointed a gun at him, twice threatened to kill him. Chyna’s behavior also cost over $100,000 damages, at his little sister Kylie Jenner’s Hidden Hills place. Rob Kardashian later shared on social media, that after this malicious event he suffered many days from neck injuries.
What Rob Kardashian Shared about the Lawsuit?

Dream Kardashian is Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna’s daughter. Rob K. added with his statement that – “Now that the court has ruled that there is sufficient evidence to warrant a jury trial on my claim for assault, for our daughter’s sake, I am dismissing the action”. and also that, he is now trying to focus on his “co-parenting relationship with Chyna”.
However, this news of dismissal came after the court denied Rob Kardashian’s plead for delaying the trial. Which was bound to start from this week. Rob Kardashian’s two friends who supposedly saw Chyna aiming a gun at Rob’s head were about to testify on his behalf.
On the other hand, the attorney of Blac Chyna’, Lynne Ciani claimed it’s all false. As she pointed out to Page Six that – “Chyna is ready for her day in court to clear her name”. She also talked about Rob, he now filing the papers to the court to delay his trial against his former lover. For what?
Chyna admitted the damaged television which belonged to Kylie Jenner. This includes the social media post of Rob Kardashian about his neck injury.
Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani in that statement added that Rob’s suddenly dropping his case is not ‘for the sake of his daughter’ it’s because the accusations against Chyna were totally false. Also, Rob Kardashian is just avoiding the serious consequences.
Lynne Ciani is staying strong in her place. Now that Rob dismissed his lawsuit, she will make sure later on he could not refile one.
