Cardo has given consent to serve as officiant for Kal Penn’s wedding after he mentioned seeing her on his flight.
The actor and the previous associate director of the White House Office of Public Liaison on Wednesday had tweeted that he saw the rapper, Cardi B on a flight to Los Angeles.
He said, “I fell asleep and had a dream that she officiated our wedding on the plane and the three of us walked out of LAX holding hands.”

Cardi is friendly by nature and she immediately responded to this by making him an offer that he wouldn’t refuse and said, “First, why didn’t you say hi! Second, I’m licensed to do that sooo……. let me know.”
Astonishingly, Kal was totally in shock with the reaction and claimed that Cardi was an amazing person.
Kal Penn shared the news of his engagement and the narrative of his 11-year long relationship with his longtime partner, Josh, in his new chronicle, You Can’t Be Serious.
The 44-year-old actor in an interview with ‘People,’ explained his decision to share their relationship with the world, marking the first time he’s spoken publicly about his love life. As for Cardi’s claim to being an officiant, that’s 100 percent true.
The 2021 American Music Awards host earned her license in a Cardi B Tries episode in which the musician officiated a wedding for a same-sex couple on National Coming Out Day (Oct. 11, which also happens to be Cardi’s birthday). Raven’s Home actress Raven-Symoné served as the ring bearer during the ceremony.
