Mission Impossible 7 remains one of the most highly anticipated movies even after being delayed multiple times. The production was stopped several times last year because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Once the production resumed, Tom Cruise had an angry outburst when he saw that the crew wasn’t following the health and safety protocols on set.
His outburst got varying reactions from his fans, though much of the crew defended him. Now, the filming has stopped again due to a Covid outbreak onset, and in an ironic turn of events, the crew blames Tom Cruise for it.
After Tom Cruise’s angry outburst last year, an insider has reported that the crew is blaming the actor for the recent shutdown. The Sun reported an insider’s claim of the rumors going around on the set of Mission Impossible 7, blaming Tom Cruise for the latest coronavirus outbreak on the set.
The insider told The Sun, “Filming on Mission Impossible 7 is on hold again because of coronavirus. And this time, those working on the production have said they think Tom could be the possible cause of the postponement.” The insider went on to say that everyone on set was told that the filming needs to be stopped because someone on set has tested positive for COVID-19.
Since the announcement, Tom Cruise has not returned to the set which led people to speculate that he could have come in contact with the person who tested positive. People also have taken to speculating whether it was actually him who tested positive.

The insider reported that the rumors were unfounded but has become an inside joke among the crew as they think it would be ironic if it is Tom Cruise is the reason they had to stop production again. The rumor might easily be the crew’s comeback to Cruise’s outburst from last year.
Mission Impossible 7 has faced another bump on the road but fans are patiently waiting for the movie. The fans are excited to see the dangerous stunts and are waiting to see what Tom Cruise pulls off this time after his motorcycle sequence from Mission: Impossible Fallout. There have been some hints of an upcoming train sequence.
