No one can deny that Emily Blunt and her Jungle Cruise co-star have a very friendly onscreen chemistry and that can certainly be thanks to their offscreen friendship. In her recent interview with The Mirror, Emily revealed what her husband John Krasinski is thinking about it all, though she did reveal her reaction to her onscreen intimacy with Johnson and former co-stars.

When asked about their on-screen chemistry and John’s reaction to these scenes, Emily Blunt innocently said, “Honestly, John has gotten used to having relationships with other men.” She continued, “She’s immune to it at this point. It was part of the deal when we got married!”

Talking about her camaraderie with Johnson and how they laughed during the filming of their on-screen kiss, Blunt further told the Mirror, “We know that laughed through too. It was a lot of fun. Ruining Dwayne. That just takes it to try and make me laugh with your terrible jokes but that’s what you want from the captain, you want bad jokes.”

As far as Emily and John’s relationship is concerned, the two have been married since 2010 and are parents to two daughters, Hazel, seven, and Violet, five. The two worked closely together on the A Quiet Place franchise during the release of the second installment, with Krasinski revealing working with his wife, “She is undoubtedly the most awesome actress of our time. She went on to write. The most incredible partner. And directs and sets design. She has so many great ideas.”
