Animal Crossing Villagers That Will Never Be Friends

Published by

Animal Crossing Updates: Nintendo’s 2020 simulation game, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, has been a fan favorite since its release. The game consisting of numerous animal characters allows users to make friendly relations with other characters on the island irrespective of their type, likes, or dislikes.

But the same isn’t true about the villagers of Animal Crossing. Having contrasting characters and different likes and personalities, they don’t always get along. Their differences lead to arguments a lot of times and any player intervention only makes the matters worse.

All Animal Crossing games focus a lot on the different personalities of characters. The diversity makes the island more realistic and gives each character its uniqueness. Just like reality. For players looking for a lot of drama on their island, here are the characters who just won’t like each other.

Which Animal Crossing Villagers Don’t Get Along?

The adorable deer, Fauna, is one that players most seek on Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Not only does she have a charming personality but she also gets along with almost all villagers on the island. But the only exception to this is Chief the wolf.

These characters regularly get into conflicts and ignoring the difference of species, they have hugely contrasting characters. Fauna has a Normal personality type, while Chief has a Cranky one.

They argue over anything from the time of getting up to how they treat other villagers. The wolf is also known for spreading rumors about his neighbors adding to villagers not liking him.

Another character who is sought after a lot in Animal Crossing: New Horizons is Raymond. Known for his fashion and overall character design, the villager was flooding in the Animal Crossing: New Horizons black market of hacked islands and characters. But all these don’t mean that the famous character is jolly to all.

Apollo, the cranky eagle villager constantly gets into arguments with Raymond. Also, Apollo doesn’t get along with Raymond’s inflated ego, making it impossible for them to like each other.

Coming to the most surprising conflicting duo of Judy and Sherb. She is a laid-back goat with a Lazy personality, while Judy is an innocent-looking, yet “Snooty” bear.

Most of their arguments arise with Judy accusing Sherb of not caring for his appearance, with the simple goat sometimes lashing back at Judy’s fashion tastes. Players can intervene in the arguments of characters, but siding with one villager leads to more tension on the island.

The more than 400 villagers on Animal Crossing: New Horizons it is natural that some of them keep clashing regularly. Moreover, the arguments between neighbors make players witness some spicy discussions in a virtual setting.
