Ozark cast and crew have been sharing BTS pictures, from the set. It gives a glimpse of the show and what to expect from its viewers.
Jason Bateman, Marty Byrde returns for the last season, and the story begins after Marty Byrde relocates Jason’s family. His wife Wendy played by Laura Linney messes up Mexican local criminals and the Kansas City mafia.
The show describes the story of an average, minimal family man turning anti-hero. This will be the final season hence there will be more episodes compared to the earlier seasons.

Release date of Ozark Season 4!
Ozark is a Netflix original and yet no confirmation has been out for the release date for the show season 4.
It’s been announced that Ozark season 4, will release in June this year, with a total of 14 episodes divided into two halves. The first half of the show presumedly will come in 2021 and the other in 2022.
Cancellation Rumors
Netflix did not cancel any upcoming season but gave the show Season 4 as their final season to end their terms and wrap the up-the-show. Showrunner Chris seems happy as he said the show gets the chance to end Byrde’s saga the right way.
The filming of the fourth season
Following the restrictions imposed due to the pandemic, the filming began in November 2020.
Bateman in an interview with the IndieWire stated that he was going to direct the first two episodes. Due to the safety protocols of the pandemic, it wasn’t the smartest idea. If one of the actors gets sick, it would lead for the entire cast to be quarantined for weeks, if any crew member gets sick he could protect their salary while they remain quarantined we can hire a replacement.

The Trailer
There is no official trailer released yet of season 4 except a very short teaser released by Netflix to introduce a very new season. Everything is under production process as of now.
Season 4 episodes
Ozark will have 14 episodes divided into two halves of 7 episodes each. There are not many revelations but all we know is the title of the first episode, “The beginning of the End”.
